Timing 11:11® grew from two sisters’ experiences with wishing, waiting, and learning to be present.

Anticipatory grief, the grief that can come before a loss, taught us to pay attention to the life happening right in front of us. That’s where the pause we often talk about comes from: living fully today while carrying uncertainty about tomorrow.

We also came to understand that grief can reach beyond losing someone. It can mean letting go of the future we imagined, a chapter that never happened, or something we hoped for that may never come to be. We wanted to make room for hope alongside that grief.

Ecclesiastes 3:1 became an anchor for us:

“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” 

For one of us, the wish to build a business had been there for years. “It’s timing” was a phrase we said often, and 11:11 was always a moment to pause and make a wish. There wasn’t one defining moment when the name arrived. These things simply found a home together.

Timing 11:11® holds both of our stories: the hopes we carry, the seasons we move through, and the small moments we want to remember along the way.
