At Timing 11:11™, every piece is made just for you. We use a made-to-order model to reduce waste and create with intention — your item begins production once your order is placed.

⏳ Processing Time 

Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

🚚  Estimated Shipping (USA)  

  • 3–7 business days (shipping time begins after fulfillment)

🌎 Shipping Availability

At this time, Timing 11:11™ only accepts orders within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally. We hope to expand our reach in the future — thank you for your understanding and support.

📍 Tracking  

Tracking info will be sent once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for updates to appear after your package is scanned.
Return policy

What items are eligible for returns?

📦 Return & Exchange Policy 

Because each item is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect. 

❗Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund for any eligible items.
